This Disclaimer applies to the InsuDesk Android app and the website at insudesk.naukridhanda.com (the "Service"). It should be read with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Software tool only
InsuDesk is a software tool that helps insurance agents and other finance advisors manage their own clients and work. InsuDesk is not an insurance company, insurance broker, corporate agent, POSP, aggregator, mutual fund distributor, lender or investment adviser. We do not sell, issue, quote, recommend, underwrite or service any insurance, investment or loan product, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and your clients or between you and any insurer.
2. No professional advice
Nothing in the Service, the website, posters, templates, calendar content or reports is insurance, financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for the advice and information you give your clients and for complying with the rules of IRDAI, SEBI, AMFI, RBI and any other authority that applies to you.
3. Accuracy of information
Reminders, due dates, maturity dates, premium lists, summaries, earnings and commission figures shown in the app are based on the data you enter or import and the calculations you set up. We do not verify them against insurers' records. They may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Always check against the policy documents, insurer statements and official sources before relying on them or acting on them. Festival and holiday dates in the calendar are provided for convenience and may differ by region.
4. Third-party names and content
Insurance company, POSP provider and other third-party names, logos and trademarks that appear in the app belong to their respective owners. They are shown only to help you identify them. InsuDesk is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them unless we clearly say so. Links to third-party websites and services are for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
5. Your data and communications
You are responsible for the data you enter and for having the right and consent to store it and to contact your clients by call, email, WhatsApp or SMS. We are not responsible for messages you send, for how clients respond, or for any breach of telecom, spam, privacy or consumer rules by you.
6. Marketing posters and content
Posters and templates are provided as design aids. You are responsible for checking that any statement, return, benefit or claim in a poster or message is accurate, approved where required, and not misleading, and that it follows regulator advertising rules.
7. Availability and technical limits
The Service depends on your device, your internet connection and third-party services such as Google Play, email providers and WhatsApp. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, secure from every threat, or compatible with every device. Keep backups of important information.
8. Results
We make no promise about sales, renewals, income, commission or business growth. Any results depend on your own efforts, products and market conditions. Any example or sample figure on the website or in the app (including the sample price, and sample screens) is for illustration only.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsuDesk and its owners, team and partners are not liable for any loss or damage, including loss of business, commission, clients or data, arising from use of or reliance on the Service. Our liability is limited as set out in the Terms & Conditions. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded.
